What do you charge for your services?

We are very competitive and work closely with providers of accommodations, tours, transfers and all other services to pre-negotiate contracts and discounts so that this benefits our business and our clients.  Please do ask us if you have any further questions relating to the costs within your travel itinerary. We aim to be as transparent as possible but ask our clients to respect the time that it takes time to create a perfect holiday for you, and that you are gaining from local knowledge, connections and expertise.

Do you plan last-minute vsits?

Yes we do. The Cotswolds is beautiful any time of the year with the changing of the seasons. In the winter months, the landscape offers misty mornings and snow-covered hills., whilst the summer allows for clear skies and far-reaching views across the wolds. Whilst planning in advance is encouraged, we are more than happy to welcome last minute requests . 

What language do you offer tours in?

At this time, we are only offering tours in English language.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we always recommend that you take out your own travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. We also recommend that you pay your deposit and balance using a credit card. Do check with your bank or credit card provider, as the level of protection will vary. We take all major debit and credit cards through our secure system.
